Please note that when a client cancels their booking and thus requests an insurance letter to proceed with a claim, Icon Expeditions cancels all services with the respective suppliers and provides the claims letter to the client. Once a booking is cancelled by us in writing to the suppliers, it is considered a full cancellation. Any new / replacement booking will be subject to the applicable payments as outlined in our terms and conditions associated with the new travel dates and services.
